Our Hours

Lakeside Family Dental Care is open from 8 AM until 6 PM on Monday through Friday. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us 24 hours advance notice.

Our Payment Terms

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and most dental benefit plans. We will submit your benefit claim for you. We expect payment at the time of service. Any balance not paid by the insurer will be the patient's responsibility.

What To Expect:

Your first visit to Lakeside Family Dental Care

"What are your goals for your dental health?"

All new patients are introduced to our practice through a comprehensive examination performed by the dentist. Your first appointment will consist of any Necessary X-rays, a Comprehensive Examination, Oral Cancer Screening and Periodontal Evaluation. This appointment is an extended appointment in order to make sure we meet your individual needs.

Prior to your first visit we ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to complete your paperwork and allow us to do a complimentary benefits check. You can also download and print our New Patient Forms at the bottom of the page.

Our office will also do our best to accommodate dental emergency patients.
