Dr. John K. Grothe

John K. Grothe DMD, PA was born in Daytona Beach, FL and raised in New Smyrna Beach. He graduated from Francis Marion College in 1991, where he received a Bachelors degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. He then went on to the Medical University of South Carolina, where he graduated in 1996 with his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry.

Dr. Grothe became the owner of Lakeside Family Dental Care in 2001. Dr. Grothe is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, and the Hernando County Dental Association and was formerly the president of the Hernando County Dental Association.

He and his wife Molly have two children, Sara and Carson. Together they enjoy fishing, scuba diving, camping, and riding motorcycles

Dr. Stefanie R. DiFrancesco D.M.D.

Stefanie R. DiFrancesco DMD, was born in Panama City, Panama and raised in the Tampa Bay area. She graduated from University of Florida, where she received a Bachelors degree in Biology. She performed research with the United States Geological Survey studying python populations in the Everglades- and was a baby cuddler at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She then went on to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton Fl, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. Dr. DiFrancesco is a member of the American Dental Association and soon the Florida Dental Association.

She loves her cat named Cosmo, enjoys painting, baking, traveling, and spending time with family.
